We’re looking for a true aerospace insider — someone who knows the MRO world, has airline and industry contacts, and thrives on growing business.

About Us

We are a recognized leader in the aerospace MRO industry, specializing in engineering, manufacturing, and repair of composite and sheet metal structures. Our clients include major airlines, OEMs, and defense organizations who trust us for our commitment to quality, safety, and rapid turnaround.

Now, we’re expanding our spares, loan, and consignment business — and we’re looking for a proactive, connected, and results-driven sales professional to take it to the next level.

Your Mission

As our Material & Asset Sales Representative, you’ll drive growth by developing relationships, uncovering opportunities, and increasing our presence in the global MRO market.

You already understand the pace and challenges of the aerospace environment — and you’re motivated by results.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and expand our spares, loan, and consignment portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with airlines, repair stations, lessors, and brokers.
  • Leverage your existing industry network to grow accounts and generate new leads.
  • Manage quotations, proposals, and negotiations to close profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay on top of market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Achieve and exceed annual growth and revenue targets.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in the aerospace or MRO industry, preferably in sales, component trading, or material management.
  • An established network of contacts within airlines, MROs, or parts suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft materials management, loan/exchange programs, and documentation standards.
  • Proven hunter mindset — proactive, independent, and goal-driven.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with Power BI is an asset.
  • Bilingual (French and English)*.

* The position requires a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written. The position involves reading and understanding technical documents in English on a daily basis, especially from international companies, as well as regular communication with customers, suppliers and other international stakeholders.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a recognized and respected MRO leader.
  • Build and own a growing line of business with autonomy.
  • Work directly with decision-makers and industry experts.
  • A chance to make your mark in an expanding, fast-paced company.
