Objective

At the heart of our operations, the shipping/receiving clerk plays a vital role in the flow of aeronautical parts and components. Your meticulousness and organizational skills directly contribute to smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Ensure the shipment and receipt of parts according to quality and traceability standards.
  • Verify, scan and record stock movements in the systems (ERP)
  • Coordinate shipments effectively with carriers and external partners
  • Loading and unloading goods safely
  • Operate a forklift for handling materials
  • Move and store crates and components with precision
  • Maintain a clean, organized and efficient work environment
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Actively participating in the continuous improvement of processes.

Desired profile:

  • Relevant DES or DEP
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Valid forklift certification
  • Good physical ability for handling
  • Experience with an ERP system (a significant asset)
  • Bilingual French/English*

* The position requires excellent written and spoken English skills. The role involves reading and understanding technical documents in English on a daily basis, particularly from international companies, as well as regular communication with clients, suppliers, and other international stakeholders.
